- Working with a Women’s Health Physio/ Pelvic Floor Physio (What they do, build relationship, Allied Health Professional)
- Teach Pelvic Floor cues (technique, do’s and don’ts, amount etc.)
Module 3:
- Exercise programming (ways to safely plan out your programming, adaptions, timing etc.)
- Exercise – How to guide Cardio & strength training (progression, Regression, when and examples of how
- HIIT (what to look for, breath, endurance etc.)
Module 4:
- Teach clients to self-manage & what to look for (hormones, fatigue, symptoms etc.)
- How to put this into action (5 practical steps to apply this to your learning directly to your exercise programming & business)
Module 5:
- Empowering your mum’s & 5 steps to implementing pelvic floor health into your business
