ANDY HANLEY has been working professionally in the field since 2005, Andy has amassed worldwide experience having applied his trade in Europe, Australia and the United States spearheading the training regimes for Top Ranked Boxers, WTA Pro’s, NFL 1st round draft picks, Super Bowl winners and Pro Bowlers, to MLB All-Stars, Hall of Famers and dozens of NCAA stand outs. Andy is a Master Instructor and content creator for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Technogym where he curates content and brings it to life at live events and conferences. He has consulted within professional sporting organizations, Olympic committees and has facilitated corporate wellness initiatives across a variety of Forbes top 200 organizations. Andy resides in South Florida where he runs The Hive, a health and performance coaching facility.

💡In this workshop we will show the major functional movements with Fluid X aqua bags. We will focus on Passive Resistance, Active Resistance, Flow and Stability movements. This class will show you what to expect from our instructor course. The class will end with a full body workout from power movements to strength, stability and core. The Fluid X Functional Class uses FX equipment which is an aqua bag filled with water to engage your core and stabilizing muscles in every exercise. Thanks to the movement of the water every repetition you make is different from the next.
