EXERCISE THROUGH IVF

Training a woman through her IVF journey has it’s own challenges, similar to training pregnant women, menopausal women, or post natal women. Women undergoing IVF are experiencing a different “state” of health to when they were trying to get pregnant naturally, and this means she has different needs in her session with you.

This course is for personal trainers and group fitness instructors who have female clients, whether any of them are currently undergoing IVF now or not! The minute they decide to travel down the IVF route their needs change and so does their training.

In this one hour session, you will learn:

  • When training is contraindicated – this is one of the only times in a woman’s life where exercise can have a negative impact on outcomes,
  • What kind of training is appropriate,
  • Mental health impacts and how we can help our client’s navigate the hormonal, emotional, and psychological rollercoaster of IVF

On enrolling in this course you will receive a simple PDF download (there’s also a link in your purchase note if your download fails). The PDF has links to the viewing and reading material for this course, and you should be able to complete the entire course in less than 1.5hrs. There is no assessment.

Training through IVF is just one of dozens of courses available in our Women’s Health Mentorship.  Courses like these are released once a month in our mentorship, and all previous episodes are available to work through in your own time!

BURRELL EDUCATION & INTOYOU
Jenny Burrell, creator and director of Burrell Education in the UK, approached Clare Hozack from IntoYou in 2015 to represent her in Australia and New Zealand.
