A/Prof Lee Kheng Hock
A/Prof Lee obtained his medical degree at the National University of Singapore in 1987 and he holds the Master of Medicine Degree in Family Medicine (1993), Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (2000). A/Prof Lee teaches Family Medicine at the Duke-NUS Medical School. He practises as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Family Medicine and Continuing Care at SGH. He is trained in Motivational Interview and applies it to help patients with complex health and social care needs. A/Prof Lee is an internationally recognized pioneer in the field of Social Prescribing. He is a temporary advisor to WHO WPRO in Social Prescribing and has contributed to the development of WHO’s training and implementation guide in Social Prescribing.
