Laurin is an IFBB Bikini Pro and owner of Redefine Healthy Brands. She earned her MS in Exercise Science and focused her research on flexible dieting and weight regain. At Redefine Healthy Brands, Laurin and her team offer 1:1 lifestyle and competition coaching, mentorships, app-based services, and content all geared at ending the yo-yo dieting cycle and creating permanent change. She lectures internationally on topics including nutrition, mindset, and fitness entrepreneurship and hosts the podcast, The LoCoFit Show.
