FAT LOSS FOR WOMEN
An IntoYou client had taken on a Best Body Reboot with WHO Magazine a few years ago, and we saw the opportunity to test our methods against the mainstream fitness culture. This woman spent 10 weeks with us, and lost the same amount of weight as the other participants, this is how we did it – without calorie restriction, without excessive exercise, without overloading her pelvic floor and birth injuries (she was a mum of 4).
In this course you will learn how we lost the same amount of body fat as the other participants, even though our client ate more and exercised less. You’ll get a full A4 page of references for you to read and develop your own “train smarter not harder” methodology. You’ll see this client’s meal plan, her exercise plan, her mental health plan, and the fact we incorporated regular massage, mediation, and breathwork in to her sessions (which we prioritized over exercise!).
