MENOPAUSE
Menopause is often touted as all doom and gloom, and it is definitely a period of change. However, much of the confusion and discomfort around menopause, and menopause symptoms is a result of misinformation, a lack of education, and generalised fear of the unknown.
Instead, lets talk about the potential of menopause; the fact it could be liberating and rewarding time of life! A healthy menopause doesn’t have to be hot flushes and weight gain. In fact, we are within our scope to guide our clients towards foods, habits, and lifestyle changes that can reduce these symptoms all together!
In this course we will learn about what we can do, as trainers, to help our clients through menopause. We will learn about how can we best support our menopausal client’s health once they’ve made the transition, and also about the new a unique health considerations for Post Menopausal clients generally.
You’ll also meet Barbara, or Babs, who we supported through her change at IntoYou, into her exciting new chapter! Using Babs as a case-study, we will look at her body and posture and determine the best way forward to help her thrive.
This course will help you look at your perimenopausal clients through a different lens; helping them lose weight, reduce stress, and enjoy this time of their lvies.
