Sudev is a clinical psychologist with prior experience in community, humanitarian and forensic mental health settings. In his current role in Changi General Hospital, he provides evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy to adolescents and adults with psychiatric conditions. He is also part of the hospital’s bariatric surgery, weight management, psycho-dermatology and gender dysphoria multi-disciplinary care teams. His clinical practice is founded on collaboration and compassion, and aims to improve patients’ relationships with themselves through increased psychological flexibility. His clinical and research interests include eating and personality disorders, body dysmorphia, psychosexual health and psychological issues of under-served and minoritised communities.
