During his career, he has worked with patients of multiple conditions, ranging from those who have suffered from injuries (directly referred by the physio’s & doctors), chronic diseases, weight management and performance enhancement. Through his exposure and experience, he strongly believes in the importance of understanding each individual patient’s specific needs, in order to reach their personal goals effectively.
Seishen is also passionate about helping people go through their exercise journey, especially if one has no background or experience and has been relatively sedentary throughout their lives. He is a strong believer in the journey to start regular exercise, seeking to find an interest entry point that would encourage physical activity to make it sustainable for the respective individual.
He enjoys various sports, with a particular interest in running & football, which he still regularly plays, 5 a side on weekdays and 11 a side on weekends with his childhood team that he grew up with. Seishen also plays badminton and table tennis once a week when time allows.
