    The very nature of most fitness regimes (running, cycling) keep our hip movement along one plane of motion leading to lack of mobility through both the hip joint and lower back.   • A Proven Method for Fat Loss: GBC

    German Body Composition, one of the most proven training methods for fat loss, became popular in the 1990s by Charles Poliquin after reading the pioneering research done by the Romanian Exercise Scientist.
