This masterclass is for any exercise professional who wish to learn more in-depth about how to troubleshoot shoulder function and their limitations, how to manage pain, and to ultimately understand shoulder rehabilitation in a nutshell. Also, in this session we will discuss the role of breathing and how our physical build can affect shoulder function. You will leave this session with a higher level of understanding about shoulder rehab and with action items to address an array of shoulder based issues.

Kyle Baxter is a formally trained Physiotherapist who's goal is bridging the gap between the clinical and performance realms. Kyle has worked in all facets of the fitness industry as a personal trainer, strength coach and college professor. He currently works as an online coach/consultant as well as an educator for Pre-Script, Kyle's passion is simple, transforming complex concepts into simple action items to make meaningful change in the lives of others.
