Range of motion trumps the weight moved right? Well, not quite. Due to structural differences not all clients will be able to achieve what you can, because we in the fitness industry are the exception not the rule, and not all clients will be able to, nor do they need to be able to squat “ass to grass” or bounce a barbell off their chest to achieve optimal health gains.
If you’ve already registered for this Masterclass, please avoid re-registering, thank you!

Dr Susan Baxter
1. I started Zumba in the nightclub. That's right, I attracted USA Zumba Magazine's interest from the most southern Zumba class in the world by innovating how classes were delivered. The classes were so full I had to get extra building tests for the windows when 100+ people are jumping in sync.2. I completed my PhD in the same timeframe as everyone else (10 years total at Uni, final 4 PhD). Except I also single-handedly was running a wildly successful fitness business with staff and multiple locations, plus I was being flown around the world as an invited speaker and winning top titles in fitness competitions. I think that either means Im crazy or I have impeccable time management (or both).
3. I entered a fitness model competition (which also occurred the same weekend I was speaking at a conference, was a sponsored athlete on an expo stand). Although in the fitness competition I didn't win the overall title which meant being featured in the magazine, the magazine editor picked me to be on the cover with a cover story. Because I have see the fitness industry from a number of perspectives, I value the opportunity to share my knowledge, research and experience to help you succeed further.
