Fabio Comana,  MA, MSc, NASM, ACE, ACSM certified, NSCA CSCS; USAW1; CISSN, is a faculty member for the San Diego State University as well as NASM as well as the scientific advisor for Orange Theory, Core Health-Fitness and Caloric Responsibility. Previously with ACE, Fabio is the creator of ACE’s IFT™ model and a number of ACE educational workshops. Prior experiences include Division I collegiate head coach and strength and conditioning coach; opening and managing Club One clubs and president of Genesis Wellness Consulting. Fabio is an award-winning national and international presenter, media spokesperson and accomplished author.
