The regular aches, past injuries and feels of increasing age shouldn’t stop your clients from training. In fact, training is proven to increase function, reduce pain, facilitate independence and bolster confidence for clients of all ages. The pain-free training system provides a simple framework for helping clients start an exercise program, modify their training depending on how they feel day-to-day, all while getting stronger and ensuring exercise can be a regular part of their lifestyle forever.

Learning Objectives

  • Teach pillar (posture and core bracing) in all developmental position
  • Get clients started on all the foundational movement patterns (squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull and carry)
  • Purposeful variation in exercise selection so clients make progress without aggravating pre-existing injuries/issues
Logan Dube
Logan Dube is the Director of Education for the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification. As a former soccer athlete, Logan took to a second career in fitness teaching group classes, building a successful personal training business and, eventually, working in leadership with a large commercial organization in Canada. Logan's focus is now helping fitness professionals navigate the wide range of opportunities that promote health and fitness for clients and communities all over the world.
