Nick Tumminello is the 2016 NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year and the Editor-in-Chief of the NSCA Personal Training Quarterly journal. He has been a personal trainer for over 20 years, working with a variety of clients, from NFL athletes to physique competitors to everyday Joes and Janes, and was the former strength coach for team Ground Control MMA in Baltimore, MD.
